Rental Manager is a complete application (40MB says so) that`s very professional and developed for businesses and companies who rent buildings and warehouses. It is for private use by self employed people, or for small commercial enterprises.
With Rental Manager you can store all the information relating to each one of the rentals, with space for bicycles, cars, boats, houses, trailers, etc. Also, in each of the cells of the rentals you can specify the rental time (daily, weekly, monthly, etc) and the quantity of each rented element.
From all this stored information Rental Manager lets you generate all types of reports using different criteria, and you can filter the information or create personalized printouts. Also, it lets you obtain information on those customers who owe money.
